Our courses are taught using the Iyengar method, created and developed over 75 years by Yogacharya BKS Iyengar. This approach is the most widely adopted yoga method in the world, renowned for its focus on precision, alignment, sequencing, timing and the use of props.

Our introductory yoga course teaches the essentials that form the foundation for movement and action. New postures are introduced and then consolidated each week to allow you to progressively build confidence and awareness of body and breath.
