Energise and condition your body and mind with one-hour sessions at our studio, held daily from 6:30 to 7:30 am, from February 10th to 13th. Our dynamic, focussed Iyengar yoga practices are designed to enhance your alignment, strength, and flexibility, finding readiness for your day.
