Multi-class Passes and Introductory Course Purchase Policies
There are no refunds on class passes and course payments. Passes may be transferred to another person by arrangement with us but passes cannot be shared between students. Unused passes can be gifted with prior agreement from Unfold Yoga.
A class pass or membership (see below) needs to be purchased before attending class; purchases can be made online or can be made in-studio by cash or credit card. By request and under special circumstances payment by instalments can be arranged with Unfold Yoga administration.
Please check the expiry date for the pass that you are purchasing. It can only be extended under special circumstances.
If you are unwell or unexpectedly need to go away, contact us immediately via email to put your pass or membership on hold for an agreed time of absence.
Introductory course pass for up to three classes per week is available once only.
Intro Pass for unlimited classes for 14 days is available once only.
Concession Rates
We offer concession rates for full-time students and concession card holders: Health Care card (green), Pensioner card, and Full-time Student card. Please come to the studio to buy your concession passes and bring your concession card. Concession pricing is about 10% below that of the corresponding multi-class pass. You may also like to consider our memberships because they offer the best value.
Family discount: Concession rates apply for two or more members of the same family who purchase individual passes. Again, these concession passes are only available for purchase at the studio.
Membership Policy
Monthly memberships are paid for using our direct debit payment system. Our six-month membership is by an upfront in-full payment.
Membership payments can be suspended if you are going away on holiday, traveling for business, or unable to attend classes due to illness or injury.
Membership suspension is for a minimum of two weeks.
To suspend your membership, notify the school by email at least seven (7) days prior to the suspension date, or in the case of illness or injury as soon as possible.
You can change your membership, either upgrading to more classes or downgrading to fewer classes.
To change your membership, notify the school by email at least seven (7) days prior to the date you would like the change to be made.
If you miss a class or classes, you may make up your missed classes (but only during the current billing period), provided you have not suspended your payments or changed your membership level.
Missed classes cannot be made up when a membership is inactive (i.e., when payments have been suspended or ceased).
Memberships do not include Beginners Courses, workshops and special events. Members are eligible for a 10% discount on selected events.
