Introductory Courses
The best time to start yoga is now!
Our Introductory Courses are ideal for complete beginners as well as those who have had a break from yoga. We run up to three Introductory Courses each term.
Become a Member
Memberships are available for either 2-, 3-, or 4-classes per week.
Available by direct debit only.
Prenatal Yoga
We run prenatal yoga classes – join our community from 12 weeks gestation and up to the time of your birth.
Young Adult Pass
A special 5-class pass for young adults
For students aged 17 to 26 years.
One-on-One Classes
One-on-one classes are available by appointment.
