    Sharpen up for summer and get the edge on your new year, with four consecutive days of dynamic practice led by Loretta Voivodich, principal teacher and director of Unfold.

    We’ll work fluidly through a range of asana including standing poses, abdominals, forward bends, arm balances, backbends and twists, with the final day on restorative and pranayama.

    Suitable for general level students with a minimum of six months practice.

    Day 3 – backbends and twists

    Workshop: Three consecutive days
    With Jacqueline Iles of Unfold Yoga + Wellbeing and Living Ayurveda
    Dates: Friday 10th to Sunday 12th January

    Friday 10th, 5:30pm – 7.30pm
    Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th, 3:30pm – 5:30pm

    Discover your Ayurvedic Elemental Body Type and learn how to create inner balance through your Yoga practice.

    During each two-hour class, Jacq will share a 35-minute taster of Ayurvedic philosophy so you can build a framework for understanding your body’s daily needs. You’ll learn how to recognise which of the Five Elements tends to go out of balance affecting your body, mind and energy and creating symptoms such as anxiety, digestive issues or poor sleep.

    This is followed by an 80-minute Yoga session which explores how to balance each of the Ayurvedic Doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
