Jamey has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10 years. Jamey currently holds the Iyengar Introductory Level 2 certification. She undertook teacher training with senior teacher Lulu Bull in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Jamey has a diverse understanding of the body from a background of dance and working in a rehabilitation setting as a physiotherapy assistant. Jamey is currently studying Social Work and is particularly interested in making yoga accessible to people from all walks of life. She believes yoga is a journey towards empowerment in which we identify and build on our strengths and challenge old patterns of limitations.

On her own yoga mat, Jamey is inspired by the simplicity of a yoga pose, and the profound effect it can have to penetrate the mind and body and bring wellness and vitality.
