Unfold your strength and confidence in Beginners/Level 1 classes
These classes are for everybody, including those new to Iyengar yoga. If you need to be flexible in when you attend, you can join these classes anytime.
Beginners/Level 1 (75 minutes)
You don’t need to know every pose before you start these classes. They are about becoming familiar with what your body is ready for. If you have never done yoga before and you wish to start with the basics, joining one of our beginner’s courses may be a better option.

Students report having great benefits from attending one class per week, but attending two or more classes per week, you will see consistent and quick progress. With a minimum of six months regular practice or more in Level 1, you may be ready to progress to Level 2 classes. If you have done some yoga before and wish for a greater challenge, then certainly come and try the level 2 classes.
Level 1 Class Times
Tuesday 9:30am, Tuesday 6:00pm, Friday 10:00am, Saturday 9:45am, Sunday 9:30am
Use your choice of class pass to any classes on our weekly timetable at our Adelaide Hills yoga studio, in Mount Barker. Students under 30 can purchase a 5 class student pass for less.
