Easy Pace is for those who have done little or no yoga, or for anyone wanting a gentle class. It is suitable for the older student or students recovering from illness. These classes provide space and time for the individual to wind down, connect deeply, and energise the body and mind. Breathing practices and meditation are incorporated to provide a sense of balance. Props and supports customise access to postures for each individual.

For me the best part was at the end, sitting completely relaxed and meditating whilst looking out the window at the trees moving in the wind and the birds flying around.
